- Hotel will not allow cancellation of guaranteed bookings nor will refund payment but will allow rebooking valid for one (1) year.

GUARANTEE POLICY
- 50% Deposit (NON-REFUNDABLE) reservation fee shall be made thru bank transfer or cash deposit, 7 days after making a reservation. Failure to comply shall mean automatic cancellation of reservation. - Any changes to the arrival date, departure date, or room type of the reservation is subject to hotel's room availability at the time the changes are requested, and rate may change depending on the current rate of the new date requested. If you do not arrive scheduled, entire deposit will be FORFEITED.
- In case of shortening of stay, NO REFUNDwill be made.
CHECK-IN POLICY

- Please present at least one Valid Identification upon check-in.
- Any request of late check-out and/or early check-in are subject to additional charges and availability. Please check with the Hotel's Front Desk prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6 p.m.
- Maximum of 2 children under 12 years old are free of charge when sharing the room and bed with parents. In excess of this number, an extra charge per person will be applied.
REBOOKING POLICY
- Rebooking of reservation must be made 48hours prior to guest’s arrival date.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Promo Rates are not applicable to PWD/Senior Citizen discount; nonetheless, they can only get one of the two discounts, whichever is higher.
NO SHOW POLICY
- In case of NO SHOW, reservation fee will be automatically forfeited. Non-refundable and Non-rebookable.
HOTEL POLICY
- Visitors are required to register at the Front Desk. The Hotel strictly prohibits unregistered visitors in the room of any guest. Visitors can only allow to stay inside the room until 11:00pm, an extra charge shall be applied to visitors staying beyond 11:00PM.
- Kindly keep your valuables and other important documents in the safety deposit box inside the room for safekeeping. The Hotel is not liable for loss of valuables inside the room.
- All rooms are NON-SMOKING.
- Room key cards should be surrendered at the Front Desk upon check-out. Lost or damaged key cards will be charged to guest’s account.
- Any form of gambling and showing of pornographic films and materials within the hotel are not tolerated.
- Electrical appliances over 50 watts should not connected with the room circuit. Electrical current is 220 volts, 60-Hz.
- Laundry and ironing are not allowed inside the room. We have laundry service for guests at reasonable rates. Guest’s laundry is collected at 8:30 a.m. and delivered the following morning. 50% of total charge is added for laundry delivered the same day and 100% of total charge is added for laundry delivered after an hour.
- Cooking inside the room is not permitted. Room service is available from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- No alteration of the set-up of the room is tolerated. If Hotel properties are destroyed or taken by the guest or his visitors, the occupants of the room will be charged accordingly.
- Pets are not allowed inside the room.
- The Hotel management must be properly informed of guests who are in serious medical condition so that necessary arrangements can be done.
- Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of the hotel policies. In the event that a guest is in breach of these policies, the hotel has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed.
